Coach P. Basketball is an elite basketball development program built for players who want real results.

Founded by Patryk Janiszewski, Coach P. Basketball has helped develop athletes competing at top high school programs, elite AAU circuits, college basketball, and pro level. Many of our players have earned college opportunities, while countless others have become standout performers at the highest levels of high school basketball.

Every workout is individualized. Every detail has a purpose. We focus on game-transferable skills, confidence, basketball IQ, and building complete players — not just making athletes sweat for an hour.

Patryk has spent over 13 years working with hundreds of players and coaches across Europe, Asia, South America, and the United States, and continues to regularly travel internationally to study the game, work camps, collaborate with coaches, and stay connected with different styles of basketball development around the world.
